What is the working principle of a folding manual pump?
Mainly used in accumulator hydraulic systems and high and low pressure pump oil supply systems. In the hydraulic system of the accumulator, it can achieve automatic unloading and pressure building of the pump; In the high and low pressure pump oil supply system, automatic unloading of low pressure and large flow can be achieved. Simple relief valves cannot be used for the positions of components 5 and 6, as using a simple relief valve does not relieve the pressure in the low-pressure oil circuit, but continues to exert pressure on the plunger. As a result, the force on the manual pump handle will be much greater than the set value, causing the handle to not press down and affecting the normal use of the manual pump. Close shut-off valve 4 and press the handle. When the pressure is less than 10MPa, the high, medium, and low plunger pumps will supply oil simultaneously; When the pressure is greater than 10MPa but less than 20MPa, the low-pressure oil circuit automatically releases pressure, and the high and medium plunger pumps supply oil; When the pressure is greater than 20MPa but less than 63MPa, the middle and low circuits automatically release pressure, and only the plunger pump of the high pressure circuit supplies oil; When the pressure is greater than 63MPa, the pressure is unloaded through relief valve 3 to protect the oil circuit.
